Rivercity Builders is a custom home builder, building green affordable custom homes to meet your lifestyle. Designing and Building one green home at a time is our motto. We limited our work to a few houses per year allowing us to give each one of our projects the personal attention they deserve.

Rivercity Builders projects range from small home 900 s.f. remodels in the historic district to lavish 5,000 s.f. homes in the hill country. No project is too small nor too large. Rivercity Builders is a hands on builder, giving every project, no matter the size, the proper attention from start to finish, guaranteeing a successful project.

Rivercity Builders is a father and son family business. Rivercity Builders was established by Eluterio Tenorio in 2001. Prior to Rivercity Builders, Eluterio was in management in the grocery business for 31 years. He was with H-E-B for 14 years, and Albertsons for 17 years. While only starting Rivercity Builders in 2001, construction is nothing new to him. Eluterio built his first home in 1977, a home which he still owns as rental property today. He built his second home, his personal residence, in 1984. Eluterio is a native to San Antonio . He is the former president of the North San Antonio Hills Lions Club and has been an active member in helping the community for over 40 years. He is also a minister of hospitality and a Knights of Columbus member at St. Anthony Claret Parish.

In 2016 Eluterio Tenorio Jr took over as principle of the company. Eluterio Tenorio Jr is a registered architect who has been working with Rivercity Builders since 2001 designing homes and overseeing the construction under his architectural business ETDesign Studio.
